This is a song for those who look at the world as it is, and see how it could be. Are you one of those? What do you see?
I think it’s what separates us from the animals. Our ability to look at the existing world, imagine a new one, and then create something different with the work of our hands. We give a body to unseen meaning. We take words and make them flesh with our actions. This, of course, isn’t a magic trick. You must know that your personal idealized view of reality will never likely become exactly “what is”, but never underestimate your ability to to lean on the universe and push us all a little further down the road back to God.
