Sometimes God uses the most unlikely people to fulfill his purposes. Take Paul, for example, he is one of the heroes of our faith, but didn't start out that way. Paul was originally called Saul and he was a very, very bad man. He had it in for believers in Jesus and would have them put in prison tortured, and even.
Death. He did everything in his power to prevent the message of the gospel of Jesus being spread throughout the world. One day, Saul experienced a life defining moment. This was to change the course of his life from bringing destruction to bringing life. As he was traveling to a city called Damascus, Jesus revealed himself in a flash of light and it blinded soul, a loud voice came from within the flash of.
Saul Saul, why are you out to get me? Who are you? Asked Saul. I am Jesus. The one you are persecuting. Now get up and go into the city. You'll be told what to do. So Saul blind, as he was did, as he was told to do the Lord arranged for a man named Anais to find Saul and speak the word of the Lord over. As instructed an Anai found SA and said, Jesus has sent me to you so that you can be filled with the holy spirit empowered to fulfill all God has for you.
As soon as these words left an an NICE's mouth Saul could see again, he spent a few days in Damascus and then got straight to work, spreading the gospel of Jesus. Saul was a transformed man. And his name was later changed to Paul instead of passionately chasing down Christians and torturing them. His passion got redirected to preaching the gospel.
And in his time he ministered in well over 40 cities. Of course, this didn't come without its challenges. He spent over five years in prison having been arrested for sharing the gospel. Paul was also beaten and flawed many times and was even caught up in several shipwrecks. But all of these challenges did not detract him from continuing to spread the gospel.
Incredibly, Paul wrote half of the new Testament, which shows how passionate he was about Jesus and that nothing would stop him. In the letter to Timothy, which is found in the new Testament, Paul said of his time serving God, this is the only race worth running. I've run hard, right to the finished believed all the way.
All that's left now is the cheering in God's applause. It's amazing how, no matter what Paul faced, he didn't give up. He still chose. God's call. Now that's a hero throughout the Bible. God worked through ordinary and unlikely people in incredible ways.

Engaging children of this generation in worship - - Building the lives of children all over the globe.
We believe that teaching children to love God and others takes place in both the home and in the church. For this reason, we seek to partner with parents (the greatest teachers of all!) and with church pastors and leaders, equipping them with great resources. Through fun experiences, meaningful music and ministry that encourages kids to participate, we present Jesus Christ and His Church in a relevant way, creating moments that children will never forget.
Anyone can do what we do. The simple key is to love God, love His Church and have fun!
