This is another song that immediately struck me as a song that kids could sing with classic Bible symbolism that they could understand. Grace flowing like a river, being set free, living as a vessel, and phrases like “Fount of Heaven” - which gives you an opportunity to explain what a fount is. The connection between gratitude and well-being is now well studied in our world and helping kids to be thankful can be a major life-skill. I know every week in our Church we take the time to talk about what we are thankful for even through the tough times - especially in a post-pandemic era. We have been singing a version of this song with the kids in our Church for years now, and this is the first time releasing that arrangement to the world.
